How do I read this?
- Relations shows the twelve models as a grid: a filled cell means the row's model points to the column's model — for instance Analysis → Document, “this analysis was run on that manuscript”.
- Click any model (or open Network) to see just that model and its neighbours, with the property carried by every link.
- Structure opens one model's full schema as a tree: every field, its datatype, and the thesaurus it draws its values from.
- Studied object — the manuscript, one of its components, a sample
- Observation — an analysis event: who measured what, when, with which instrument
- Shared context — the people, places, projects and instruments referenced everywhere
- Transformations — the alterations and modifications the object underwent
